- 2. Wear loose clothing during exercise, this will allow your skin to breathe and have air filter through to it, wearing tight clothing will suppress the sweat on the skin, which in turn, hinders the sweat from coming out properly and therefore blocking even more pores.
- 3. Be sure to shower immediately after exercise, remove all clothing and cleanse with anti-bacterial products, such as those on my site. After showering you must use the process of blotting to get yourself dry, as opposed to vigorous rubbing which will cause breaking of the skin and result in the acne breaking out fresh.
- 4. Remove all clothing after exercise and start with clean, fresh clothing...whe trying to get rid of acne, it is easy to become depressed and lazy about the small factors like this, but they all count and all have a negative effect on your efforts.
- 5. If you are looking at using acne products to try to get rid of acne, then you must be certain that they are the right ones for your skin type, everyone has different skin types so be sure to consult a doctor when considering an external treatment for your problem.
