Mr XAcne Killer Says..

Acne: 5 tips for getting rid of your acne

Reports show that over 90 percent of all adolescents and almost 25 percent of all adults are acne sufferers. And although acne affects about 50 percent of all adult women, acne does affect males and females worldwide, regardless of nationality.

Although some reports will tell you that diet is solely the cause of acne, this is not entirely true, there are hundreds, if not thousands of factors that can cause you to have an outbreak of acne. So a few tips cannot hurt, I have compiled these after a few years, well a lot of years to be honest, of being an acne sufferer and finally getting it under control. How bad is your acne? Does it need a doctor’s attention? Or do you just need to follow a few steps to ensure smooth skin?. Mine is the last option, although I at first wanted to run straight to the doctor, as you will see after much research was able to find certain steps to help in getting rid of my acne:

People are often left asking: How do I get rid of my acne fast?

Well here are a few tips for getting rid of your acne. Healthily and safely with solid results

Mr X Acne Killer says the same and helps you along the way

Exercise: It is essential to your acne prevention that you exercise regularly, but a few safeguards need to be in place in order for this not to hinder your progress. Whilst exercising you must watch the products you use on your skin, because it is certain that you will sweat, no doubt. So look for products which have “noncomedogenic” and “oil-free” on the label as these will not block your pores and actually help to prevent clogging of your pores. And be sure to wash all products off your skin after exercise.

Watch what you put on your body with regards to clothing, sports gear and equipment, too. For example, tight lycra and nylon exercise outfits might look great in the movies and on magazine models, but if you are susceptible to acne problems, avoid these synthetic fabrics that tend to trap in body moisture and heat resulting in a bacteria frenzy. Instead, choose loose clothing made of cotton or natural blends to allow more air to get to your skin. And when you’re finished with your workout, get out of clothing wet from perspiration or water sports. Shower and change into dry, clean clothing. And keep your sports gear and equipment clean, too. Dirty headgear, for instance, can irritate forehead areas prone to acne problems. So toss headbands into the washing machine after workout sessions.

When drying yourself, be it after a shower or during a workout, be sure to blot yourself dry, facially too, instead of rubbing which causes pores to pull open and allows bacteria to enter freely.

When cleansing use medicated soap or wipes when a shower isn’t available, and check for “exfoliant” on the label.

The most important factor in acne inflammation preventon is find a plan for YOUR body fit, that works for you and follow it, I found a 3 step, easy to follow plan and carry it out within my daily routine.
